The Best Workout Shirts
Now my wife and I own a boutique fitness studio so we see A LOT of fitness gear. I myself am partial to Under Armour, Adidas, sometimes Nike, and Lulu for women’s clothes.
But the best workout shirt is by none of them!
I am fairly tall. 6'2" too be exact and I have a long torso, so I always opt for brands that have tall sizes, but this getting a tall size works too if you have love handles you dont want to show the world when you lift up your arms too.
So the best, softest, awesomest, etc shirt to workout in is by none other than Old Navy. Sounds crazy, but it's true.
I personally order a few of these and take them to the graphics shop, have them put a cool logo or design on it which adds about $15–20 to the price and I have the nicest shirt around.
The shirt is CHEAP btw!
You can heat press on there or I do a sublimation printing technique to achieve that logo into the shirt seamless look. I'll talk about that later though.
